Bey was spotted late Saturday night while clubbing in Chelsea.

There are no reports on the meaning behind the tattoo, nor if the tattoo is real or not.

Clearly, my thought (like yours, I'm sure) is that the tattoo is an ode to her hubby's hometown. If it is real, I love how she puts on for her boo.
